How To: Polaris RZR XP 1000 Lubrication Recommendations

Levels & Suggestions

Of course Polaris recommends the sole use of Pure Polaris Oils & Fluids for their Polaris RZR XP 1000, but regardless it is very important to use the proper weight lubricants. For the front gearcase we would especially recommend sticking to the Polaris “Demand Drive Fluid” as it is specifically designed to work with the AWD front diff. and it’s internal clutching. Improper front diff fluid will void your warranty and it doesn’t need to be changed that often, don’t skimp here, use the good stuff!
