Smart Straps Retractable Ratchet Tiedowns - Thrashed

If you're at all involved in motorsports, you most definitely have some sort of tiedowns or ratchet straps. I've always preferred ratchet straps myself as you can better tighten down the vehicle with less worries of the straps coming loose while transporting. One thing I've always been annoyed with on the various ratchet strap systems is all of the extra strap left over after you secure your ATV, which eventually flaps in the wind as you're going down the road. Smart Straps came out with a very inventive ratchet strap product that actually solves this problem by retracting the extra strap. Made from professional-grade materials, these straps install in seconds and require no feeding straps in nor tying off ends. A built-in power spring automatically retracts the webbing, making it easy to store.

Just as soon as I began strapping on this innovative new ratchet system, I was in shock as to how quickly I could strap and go. They are heavy-duty, seem to be made out of good beefy materials and have nicely designed handles that wont hurt your hands. But best of all, there was no extra strap hanging out that I had to spend extra time tying off. When it was time to remove them, pushing in the release button was easy and I did not have to wrestle with it to pop it loose. Once removed, the whole strap sucks up into the body of the system making storage simple and easy. This is by far the best ratchet strap system I've worked with. Available options are $29.99 for a package of four 6-foot tiedowns (capacity: 1500 pound) and $26.99 for a package of two 10-foot tiedowns (capacity: 3000 pounds); you can't go wrong. -Thad Josey
