Fox Factory Reportedly Acquires Shock Therapy

We’ve just learned that Fox Factory Inc., maker of high-end powersports racing shocks, has acquired Shock Therapy in Phoenix, Arizona. We have yet to see an official announcement on the acquisition, but Fox is already seeking new employees for the Phoenix facility.

Fox has posted a number of job openings on its own website for the Phoenix location, which include positions for technicians, installers, sales, marketing, and shipping. We also found the job openings on the DirectlyApply job hunter website, which include this statement above the job position summary and responsibilities: “Please note: This position is entry-level and will be working within Shock Therapy, a recent Fox acquisition.”

We’ve also learned that one other major powersports shock manufacturer may also be part of the acquisition, but we can’t confirm at this time.
